This Privacy policy is to inform you of what personal information will be collected and how your information will be used.

Ariva Renewables will collect names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of clients / potential clients. If the project continues, we may also include detail of installation as well as dates.

Ariva Renewables stores this information using Microsoft 365 cloud which is only accessed by Ariva Renewables Administration team.

No other information will be collected other than what is necessary to complete the project.

Ariva Renewables will share clients name, address, phone number and email as well as type of installation and date with Ofgem, NICEIC and MCS, this is so correct certification can be provided, these companies provide their own Privacy policies.

Ariva Renewables does not access any bank details from clients. When payments are required BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing system) is used with World pay business finance www.worldpaybusinessfinance.com/privacy-notice/

Ariva Renewables may at time share information with suppliers e.g. clients address to deliver materials.

Clients' information will be kept for a minimum of 7 years this is to comply with the warranty of the installation as well as providing customer support.

If a project discontinues, the client's details will be deleted.

Clients have the right to view, amend or have their personal details deleted.
